// REFERENCE PROJECT — B2B SAAS · WORKWEAR PLATFORM

EasyWear

Workwear management without the Excel chaos, from employee shop to manufacturer.

EasyWear replaces paper notes, Excel lists and WhatsApp ordering with a real platform: employees order their workwear from a phone, foremen and HR approve in a workflow, budgets and stock update live. We built the product as a Flutter web and mobile app on a Dart Shelf backend, multi-tenant with white-label shops for dealers and direct integrations into manufacturers like MASCOT, Kübler and Strauss.

// THE BRIEF

Mid-market companies manage workwear with Excel, paper notes and word of mouth. Nobody knows who has what, what it costs or what's in stock. EasyWear had to turn that into one system serving three roles at once: companies that need to kit out staff, dealers that need their own shop, and employees who just want to order their size. The challenge was keeping it all multi-tenant and stable, so one customer's feature never breaks the platform for everyone else.

// WHAT SHIPPED
Multi-tenant platform with white-label shops for dealers and manufacturers
Employee shop with sizes, budget limits and bring-your-own-device login
Order lifecycle: request → approval → order → delivery, with status per employee
Claims and returns workflow incl. stock and budget reconciliation
Finishing system (embroidery, print, laser engraving) with position, colour and price logic
Supplier integrations (MASCOT, Kübler, Blåkläder, Strauss and more) and XLSX reports for controlling
// THE CYCLE
Phase 1
Briefing & scope
Cleanly separated the three roles: company, dealer, employee. Modelled the order process, budget logic and visibility rules so each tenant's catalogue filters correctly. Set stability-over-speed as the top rule.
Phase 2
Prototype
First end-to-end flow: employee orders in the shop, HR approves, the order reaches the supplier. Flutter for web and mobile from one codebase, a Dart Shelf backend on MongoDB, so the admin dashboard and phone shop share the same data model.
Phase 3
Build
Grew into a real platform: claims, returns, finishing with position and price logic, white-label shops and supplier integrations. Every change built additive and backward-compatible, with tests on login, shop visibility and the order process as a deploy gate.
Phase 4
Launch & operation
Live with growing mid-market companies across DACH, including Marti AG and HELI-FLIGHT. Per-customer onboarding in 7 to 14 days: import the catalogue, add employees and sites, go live with the shop. Operated on German hosting with a dedicated contact and ongoing ticket support.
Outcome
