Every event flows back into the CRM as a per-lead journey — and feeds learning ad campaigns built on real conversion signals.

Geckli's brief was to turn that flat page into an AI sales operating system: understand each lead by quiz and conversation, nurture them personally, and route them into the right webinar or sales moment — with every event flowing back into a CRM that makes the ad campaigns smarter over time.

We scoped the operator model: an ad-click lands on a mobile funnel, a quiz and an AI advisor qualify the lead in conversation, and every step is captured as a per-lead journey. The line we drew: Geckli guides the human moment (webinar / sales call), it doesn't replace it.

The platform around it
We built the platform around it: quiz logic, the CRM with a journey timeline, live-webinar integration with a signed event feedback loop, and email nurture — on Next.js 15, Hono, PostgreSQL and Redis.
