Mirko Naber is a pain expert and premium personal trainer — he finds the true cause of your pain instead of just training away symptoms. We built Viking Hands as a complete digital brand: a dark, cinematic landing page in a Nordic-strength look that tells the Viking Hands method clearly, plus a funnel that runs from a free check through the 111 € body screening to a WhatsApp application — online and "in paradise".

// THE BRIEF

Mirko needed a digital brand worthy of his premium 1:1 standard — not the tenth generic personal-trainer page. The challenge: a dark, powerful Nordic aesthetic that reads premium instantly, a way to make his diagnostic positioning ("true cause, not symptoms") clear, and a funnel that qualifies serious clients rather than attracting walk-ins. Audience: people who want to be as mobile at 70 as at 40 — coached online and on-site on the island.

Phase 1
Briefing & positioning
Sharpened the brand: pain expert, not fitness coach. We locked the core message 'the true cause of your pain', the Nordic-strength visual world and the offer logic (free check → screening → 1:1) together with Mirko.
Phase 2
Prototype & look
Dark, cinematic layout on #0D0D0D with a bronze accent and condensed hero type. Beach portrait as the signature image, method and section flow tested as a clickable prototype.
Phase 3
Build & funnel
Built all sections, set the 111 € screening as the conversion point and wired the two-step application funnel with the WhatsApp lead flow and /api/leads. Added the mobile CTA, scroll progress and reveals.
Phase 4
Launch & handover
Live on vikinghands.com. Centralized the contact/WhatsApp config so Mirko can maintain number and messages himself, plus QA on mobile and desktop.
