// REFERENCE PROJECT: GYM-TECH · WHITE-LABEL PLATFORM

GymOrdo

The operating platform for modern gyms, run under each gym’s own brand.

A gym needs admin, a member app, reception, a till and payments, and often each of them comes from a different vendor. GymOrdo brings the admin console, member app, reception kiosk, POS, payments, check-ins, classes, reporting and staff roles into one system that a gym runs under its own name and colours. A single brand hue re-skins every surface without breaking contrast. Wild Wood Beach Fitness in Thailand runs the same platform under its own brand.

// THE STARTING POINT

A modern gym needs an admin console, a member app, a reception kiosk, a till, payments and reporting for the owners. Today that often means stitching several vendors together. The job was one system that a gym runs under its own brand. It is multi-tenant by design: one brand hue re-skins every surface without changing contrast or what colours mean. The platform was developed with a real gym in daily operation, Wild Wood Beach Fitness in Thailand.

// WHAT WE BUILT
✓Five surfaces on one backend: admin console (desktop), member app (mobile PWA), reception kiosk (tablet), POS (tablet) and the marketing site
✓Memberships and passes with per-location pricing, QR check-ins, class booking and receipts
✓POS with fast tickets, member lookup, shifts, refunds and card, QR or cash payments (Stripe and PromptPay)
✓Owner reporting, accounting and expenses, multi-location management and staff roles and permissions
✓Multi-tenant design tokens: one brand-hue change re-skins every app, contrast-safe
✓Wild Wood Beach Fitness live: the same platform in its own brand, with English and Thai, PromptPay, its own passes and locations
// HOW THE PROJECT RAN
Phase 1: Goal and scope
Separate platform and gym settings
Using Wild Wood’s daily operation, we defined what stays the same for every gym and what each gym configures. Brand colour, logo, name, locations, passes, payment methods and language are configurable. Layout, components and accessibility stay constant.
Phase 2: Prototype
A new brand from one hue
The design-token system came first. A single brand hue re-skins every surface while contrast and colour meaning are preserved, with no per-gym CSS forks.
Phase 3: Build
Five surfaces, one backend
Admin, member PWA, kiosk, POS and marketing site run on one Fastify/Prisma backend, with memberships, QR check-ins, classes, payments, reporting, accounting, multiple locations and role permissions.
Phase 4: Rollout
Own product and one gym in operation
GymOrdo is online as a white-label product with its own brand at gymordo.com. Wild Wood Beach Fitness runs the same platform under its own brand at its locations on Koh Phangan, Koh Tao and Koh Samui.
Outcome
0
surfaces (admin, member, kiosk, POS, marketing) on one backend
0

Status and limits

GymOrdo is online at gymordo.com. The platform is used day to day by Wild Wood Beach Fitness. Every further gym needs its own setup with brand, locations, passes and payment methods.
