E-commerce founders drown in tools: a support chatbot here, an ads manager there, a CRM, an email tool, an SEO plugin — none of them talk to each other. Vendra's brief was to collapse that stack into one AI-native platform where autonomous agents do the work and a single control layer keeps them coordinated. We started with the highest-leverage piece — an AI sales-and-support chat with product-catalog context, RAG and quality review — and architected it around an agent-control layer and MCP endpoint so every future agent plugs into the same brain instead of becoming another silo.

Phase 1 — Briefing & Scope
Control-plane-first architecture
We mapped the founder's real tool stack and what each job actually needs, then locked a control-plane-first architecture: one agent-control layer and an MCP endpoint every agent (chat, ads, SEO, CRM) plugs into — so the platform grows without turning into another silo.
Phase 2 — Prototype
The highest-leverage agent, live
We shipped the first real agent end-to-end: an AI sales-and-support chat with a website widget, product-catalog context, RAG answers and an admin with conversation review and quality checks — proof that the control layer can run a production agent.
Phase 3 — Build
The agent suite around one brain
We layered the agent suite onto the same brain: social chat automation (comments + DMs, incl. B2B appointment-setting), email-support automation, self-optimizing Google/Meta ads agents with creative generation, plus the SEO/GEO, CRM and email-marketing agents.
Phase 4 — Rollout
One AI commerce OS
We wired the agentic website builder into the platform and rolled out the control plane so a single operator can supervise every agent — with usage limits, review and safety guards. The stack a founder used to juggle now runs as one AI commerce OS.
